Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the bd20 platform and its associated services. By using the bd20 website, mobile platform, and connected services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. bd20 reserves the right to close accounts and confiscate funds if false or misleading information is provided. Any changes to your information must be reported to our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact bd20 support immediately.

Financial Transactions and Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for an account on the bd20 platform is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposited funds must come from your own payment method only. Depositing from a third party's bank account or mobile banking is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the first deposit, unless otherwise verified.

• Account verification (KYC) must be fully completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• bd20 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Additional time may be required for additional security verification.

3.3 Tax and Legal Liability

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bd20 offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period — the bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only the games designated by bd20 will count toward the wagering requirement for bets placed with bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• bd20 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and confiscate related winnings if bonus abuse is suspected.
• bd20 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

bd20 has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their gaming experience and activity. Cashback is paid each week subject to applicable conditions being met.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd20 platform. Violations will result in account closure and confiscation of funds, as well as any necessary legal action:

• Operating an account as a minor or on behalf of a minor.
• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Following unusual betting strategies with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Hacking accounts, using fraudulent software, or attempting to manipulate game results.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
